Artem Vasilyev
Founder
Artem Vasilyev is the founder of Lazy Sunday and an internationally acclaimed film and animation producer whose work has been recognized at the world's leading film festivals, including the Cannes Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, Venice International Film Festival, SXSW, and Tokyo International Film Festival.
His producing credits include internationally awarded feature films such as "Paper Soldier", "Under Electric Clouds", "Dovlatov", "No Looking Back", “The Humorist” as well as the globally successful animated preschool series "Kid-E-Cats" and animated feature “Tied Up”. Across both author and genre cinema and animation, Artem has built a diverse portfolio of projects that have received critical acclaim, major festival selections, and worldwide distribution.
Artem is a member of the European Film Academy and the European Producers Club.

Karina Kabanova
Creative Producer
Karina Kabanova is a Creative Producer at Lazy Sunday, specializing in the development and production of animated films and series, with a strong focus on international co-productions and original animated IP.
Over the past decade, she has produced a diverse slate of internationally recognized animation projects, including the global preschool franchise Kid-E-Cats, Sonya from Toastville, Sheep's Hotel and animated projects for grown ups such as animated feature Tied Up, Red Iron Road animated horror anthology and others. Her projects have been showcased at international animation and film festivals and released worldwide through cinemas, broadcasters, and streaming platforms.
At Lazy Sunday, Karina leads the development of original animated IP and collaborates with international partners to create animated films and series for global audiences.

Alan Keane
Creative Producer
Alan Keane is Creative Producer at Lazy Sunday and an award-winning producer, writer and story editor with more than 20 years' experience creating and producing animation and live-action for international audiences.
Across his career, Alan has contributed to more than 700 produced episodes of television for broadcasters and platforms including Cartoon Network, Disney, Nickelodeon and the BBC.
He was Head Writer and lead developer of the global hit Oddbods, helping shape the series from its earliest development through multiple seasons. He wrote selected episodes and story edited the remainder, with the franchise going on to generate billions of views on YouTube and earn three consecutive International Emmy Kids Award nominations.
His other credits include Writer and Story Editor on the BAFTA and RTS Award-winning children's drama Roy, and Script Editor on The Amazing World of Gumball during its BAFTA-winning and multi-BAFTA-nominated run.
In 2025, Alan produced his first live-action feature film, The Last Days of Rabbit Hayes, which is due for release later this year.
At Lazy Sunday, Alan develops original animation and live-action projects, specialising in international co-productions, premium IP development and next-generation AI-assisted production pipelines that combine technological innovation with world-class storytelling.

Alexey Grishin
COO & Head of Production
Alexey Grishin is COO & Head of Production at Lazy Sunday.
He has extensive experience in the development and production of feature films, animated series, and animated feature films, overseeing projects from development through production and release. His work has been presented at international film festivals.
Before joining Lazy Sunday, Alexey worked across music productions and commercial advertising, producing campaigns for major international and local brands.

Alice Dizon Manuel
SEA Animation Producer
Alice Dizon Manuel is an accomplished Animation Producer with over 30 years of experience in the global animation industry.
Throughout her career, Alice has helped studios across Asia achieve world-class production standards and compete successfully in the international market. She has produced thousands of hours of animated content, with screen credits that include projects for major entertainment companies and leading content studios.
In recognition of her professional achievements, Alice has served as a Juror for the Animation category at the International Emmy Awards in 2018, 2019, 2024, and 2025, and is currently a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Ali Doyle
Consulting Producer
Ali Doyle is an Irish creative producer and lifelong horror fan with over a decade of experience developing and producing bold, internationally focused genre projects. She began her career in Los Angeles at Voltage Pictures, working across international sales, packaging and development on commercially driven films, where she developed a strong understanding of audience, market positioning and festival strategy.
Ali later returned to Ireland, spending seven years as Head of Development at Wild Atlantic Pictures, working across features including The Hole in the Ground, Evil Dead Rise, Kneecap and Fréwaka, before serving as Head of Development at Newgrange Pictures. Alongside her feature work, she has produced multiple short films and is an alumna of the Screen Ireland Advanced Producers Course.
Ali is a mentor with both Screen Ireland and Stowe Story Labs, supporting emerging writers and directors. She is the founder of Mental Pictures, a production company dedicated to fearless horror and dark storytelling with emotional and cultural bite. Ali is an EAVE Producers Workshop graduate, Inside Pictures alum, and Screen Ireland Puttnam Scholar, committed to championing distinctive voices and bold, provocative genre cinema that travels internationally.
